Thinking Kindness

“NEVER LOOK DOWN ON ANYBODY UNLESS YOU’RE HELPING THEM UP.”

Jesse Jackson

A veritable feast of kindness-focused research.

  • What do we know about kindness?

  • How does kindness work?

  • What is the relationship between health and kindness?

  • How does kindness affect us and those around us?

  • How can we build kinder communities?
